Chris Botten
Chris Botten, MBA holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business from California State University, Channel Islands, and is widely recognized for his ability to bridge financial discipline with human-centered innovation in both the public and nonprofit sectors.
Previously, Chris served as a Senior Project Manager and Technical Assistance Lead for behavioral health providers in Los Angeles County, supporting large-scale initiatives around value-based care, fiscal reform, and operational transformation. Before his expansive experience in the Public Health realm, Chris served as the Director of Operations for one of the largest non-profit Drug Medi-Cal treatment providers in Los Angeles County. As the founder of CMB Consultants, LLC, he continues to advise non-profit organizations across California, offering deep expertise in compliance, revenue maximization, and organizational development.
